Shipping Policies
MFC Office currently offers 3 shipping options, including Will Call, Delivery, and Delivery/Install. At this time we do not deliver outside of Southern California, except for larger quantities of 50 or more items. If you are out of this are, we will work with you to arrange your own shipping.
Delivery Methods
Will Call
Will Call leaves all shipping, pickup, or delivery to the customer. By selecting the Will Call option, you are responsible for arranging the shipping or delivery from MFC’s dock. Note that some items may be RTA (Ready To Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down), which will require you to assemble the furniture. All items that are RTA or KD will be designated in the specifications and shipping options area of each product page.
Delivery and Install
We will arrange a delivery/installation time with you. Our crew will deliver the product to your room of choice. A signature will be required upon completion.
Items requiring assembly and installation are typically noted as RTA (Ready to Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down), and will be assembled and installed by our professional crew. Pricing of this service depends on location and quantity.
Returns and Damage
MFC stands behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact our Customer Service department within two weeks of receipt. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns without required authorization. Unauthorized returns will be non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, outbound and return freight charges, as well as a restocking fee may apply.*
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you find the need to cancel an order or change an item, color, size, shipping address, etc..., please contact Customer Service (link to Contact us). We will be glad to accommodate your request providing the order has not shipped.
*all used furniture sales are final.
