Returns and Damage
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact our customer care department within two weeks of receipt. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns without the required prior authorization. Unauthorized returns are non-refundable. Depending on the circumstances, outbound and return freight charges, as well as a restocking charge, may apply.
If any items arrive damaged, please contact MFC customer service immediately. We're happy to help resolve damage situations provided we are notified in a timely manner. Proper notation of damage (i.e. "carton crushed", "box torn", etc.) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to fully replace or refund your purchase. Carrier regulations require notification within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel an order, change an item, color, size or ship to address, etc... please contact MFC customer service as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate your request provided the order has not yet shipped.
